Community Health Center Application

Background

Community health centers throughout Massachusetts are encouraged to apply to  serve as clinical practice sites for the Kraft Center for Community Health Leadership’s two-year Kraft Fellowship Program and/or two-year Kraft Practitioner Program. Community health centers selected will play an active role in one or both of these programs, the goal of which is to prepare clinician-leaders who will help build the field of community health.

The Massachusetts League of Community Health Centers, an important partner in the Kraft Center’s work, and community health center leaders themselves, helped develop the selection criteria for community health centers. These criteria are designed to ensure the highest quality community-based learning experience for Kraft Center participants.

Application Information

The Kraft Fellowship and the Kraft Practitioner Program are now offered on an every-other-year basis only.

The next class of Kraft Fellows and Kraft Practitioners will begin in July 2017. Applications to serve as a participating community health center for these programs will open in the fall of 2016.
