The Kraft Center for Community Health has multiple programs in which clinicians and community health centers can participate to improve the health of the community. Programs include:
- A Fellowship Program, in which physicians are given the opportunity to practice in the community while developing leadership and research skills, thus positioning them for careers as academic-community providers. Please note that we are not accepting applications for the 2017 class and plan to re-open for the 2019 class in the fall of 2018 (when we will consider residents graduating in 2017, 2018, and 2019). Feel free to contact us directly with any questions about this at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- A Practitioner Program, in which physicians and masters-prepared nurses enhance their abilities to address specific needs of underserved communities.
- Biannual selection of community health centers throughout Massachusetts to participate as clinical sites for The Kraft Center programs.
